TWIN-TEC’s custom or standardized pallet systems, containers, inner trays, and special load carriers are designed to meet specific customer requirements. They allow for many return cycles within the logistics chain and thus offer high costefficiency, along with maximum transport security.
Outstanding quality and precise manufacturing
TWIN-TEC sleeve packs and carrier systems are manufactured to the highest quality standards, as high precision ensures excellent functionality and long service life of these sustainable reusable packaging solutions. Foldable containers, pallets, and lids are, mainly made of high-strength HDPE (high-density polyethylene), while the container sleeves consist of extruded light-weight polypropylene 3-layer structured-core panels. The advanced thermoforming technology used for base pallets and lids, and the intelligent construction of the sleeves, ensure superior (low) weight and robustness.

The foldable container systems from TWIN-TEC are made entirely of 100% plastic and are the sustainable and reusable containers for cost-efficient logistics. Carefully designed and engineered, these reusable folding container systems offer clear improvements in storage and transport of a wide variety of goods. Each system consists of a base (or pallet), a foldable sleeve, and a lid. They can be tailored to individual requirements, making them suitable for industrial as well as general logistic applications.
Thanks to the many system advantages, TWIN-TEC folding containers are the perfect sustainable alternative to cardboard packaging as well as the heavier and more damage-prone injection-molded load carriers.

In their base configuration, TWIN-TEC foldable containers already provide all the necessary features of a good, efficient, robust and secure transport container system. With robust lids, protective folding sleeves, and high-load-capacity pallets, these containers set new standards. The standard version includes black bases and lids, and gray foldable sleeves available in freely selectable heights.

Reusable packaging – optimal single- and twin-sheet solutions
Containers and trays or interlayers produced using the twin-sheet process offer exceptional stiffnes with superior dimensional stability and weight characteristics. They are ideal for the transport and storage of heavy components. The twin-sheet process allows different materials as well as different shapes and colors on each side. Custom finishes and labeling also allow for automated loading and unloading.
Reusable packaging produced using the thermoform process by TWIN-TEC is designed for the customer’s specific application and enables safe and protected transport or storage. Thanks to its tailored design, a precise and simple container assembly with optimal packing density is ensured. Depending on the use case, these reusable containers can be configured for both manual and automated handling.
